1. Installing : open downloaded file. If it is zipped, unzip with Good Zip Freeware and open it. Then click next > check I agree check box > next > next > next > close.
Open program shortcut on desktop.
2. Creating menu : click menu file > new > new...
Select simple on the left pane. At name, name the project then click OK.
Go to My Documents folder, then open CDInterface Studio Projects folder, you will see the project folder named by you, open it, you will see folder "My Files".
Place programs and files you want to write to CD in folder "My Files".
You can create a new folder in project folder to store your files.
Go back to program window, on the right pane, click tab data
In the picture 1 and 2 above, at number 1, click + button then click 3 dot button at number 2, new window that looks like the picture 2 opens.
At action type, if your target is file, select File, If your target is folder, select Folder. Then locate file at number 4 and click OK.
At number 5, name your file. At number 6, type information in the gap or click 3 dot button and type in a new window.
File name and information will be shown in menu. Work on every file you want to write to CD. Then click menu file > save. You can see file name and information on the left window.
3. Customizing menu : Click tab Customize, let me explain the important value.
At Button Install, I think you should change text from " Install " to " Open/Install " to communicate with clear words in case of you have a file to open.
At Form, I think you should change text from " Simple " to " Name of your CD, such as Soft for Windows 1 " to represent what is inside your CD.
Don't forget to save it.
4. Writing files to CD : write everything in project folder to CD using CDBurner XP Pro 3. After writing process complete, use CD Tray Control 1.2 software to slide out CD Tray, then insert CD, you will see menu of your CD.
You can use real time search to find what is inside CD.....Done !
