1. Installing : open downloaded file. If it is zipped, unzip with Good Zip Freeware and open it. Then click next > check I accept the agreement check box > next > next > next > next > next > install > next > uncheck show help me file and visit the on-line forum check boxes. Then click finish.
Program icon sits on a notification area.
2. On Windows, when you press and hold down Alt and then press Tab, you will see programs that is running , you can select program by press Tab continuously while holding down Alt until highlight moves to program you want and then release Alt.
This program, just press Alt and Tab and release them, you will see programs that is running waiting for you to select.
3. You can select program you want by
Task list pane : select list view or icon view and see sample. That is easy.
Preview pane : select options you want and press Alt + Tab to see the changes
Behaviour : Start ATT with Windows start-up check box ( ATT = Alt Tab Thingy)
Open program window you ghosted and open program you want to work on.
In the picture above, I was working on Notepad. CD Burner XP Pro is my ghost so I can see CD writing process while I was typing in Notepad. WinRoll 2 also has this feature.
You can un-ghost by pressing Alt + Tab. Then right click at program icon and click Un-Ghost.....Done !

COOL feature - Ghosting
Ghosting : make program window transparent to see the process while you are working on another program by sliding Ghost opacity bar to select opacity ( I recommend 13 %). Then open the program you want it be transparent, press Alt + Tab. After that right click at program icon you want and click Ghost.
Open program window you ghosted and open program you want to work on.
