1. Installing: open downloaded file. If it is zipped, unzip with Good Zip Freeware and open it. Then click next > I agree > next > install > finish.
Select your desired language, then click OK. The message inform you to check new version, select what you want.
The message inform you to import files from MS Outlook, select what you want. (I clicked No.)
Program opens
In the picture above, click EPIM Today at the left pane, it will show you Schedule and To Do' S.
At To Do' S, if you check the check box, there will be a line over the texts.
At calendar,
- date 13 is the current date.
- date 14 has a defined schedule.
- date 18 is the selected date.
2. At the left pane, click Schedule.
In the picture above, light yellow area represents time from 8 AM to 5 PM.
You have 2 ways to add new schedule
- double-click time and date you want, then a new window shows , you can add schedule details such as subject, location, start time, end time and reminder.
- click time and date you want, then type schedule.
You can view schedule in day, week and month.
To find what you want, at the right pane, click table, then select time range and type what you are looking for in find field.
3. To Do : at the left pane, click To Do, click add then type what you want. You can set reminder for each item.
4. Note : at the left pane, click Notes. This program gives you tools to format note.
You can :
- change font and background color
- insert table, picture and hyperlink
- find and replace texts
- group notes by select folder that stores notes and click " Add as Child" button.

5. Contacts: at left pane, click Contacts, then click add, a new window opens.
In the picture above, there are 4 tabs to fit your needs.
At tab Personal Info and business, you can edit and add new fields.
6. Backup : click menu file > save > locate and name a file > click save.
Before exporting, you have to check which file type this program can import. Because you can use exported files with program, to do that, click menu file > import > select item.
In the picture above means this program can import schedule file in iCal format so you should export schedule in iCal format too.
Now you get the idea. Click menu file > export > select what you want to export > follow the program steps.....Done !
