1. Installing : open downloaded file. If it is zipped, unzip with Good Zip Freeware and open it. Then click
I agree > next > install > close.
2. Click start > all programs > ExplorerXP > ExplorerXP.
Program opens.
3. Setting : click menu view > settings > tab settings.
At startup, you can
Click tab Keyboard, this program allows you to assign you shortcut. At the left pane, select action, then type new shortcut in the field and click assign.
4. Tab :
In the picture above, my group name is group 1. To make a shortcut of folder, select the folder first, then click that folder and hold your finger, then drag to your group folder and release your fingers.
Click "+" symbol in front of your group folder, you will see the path of the folder, just click on it to open folder.
6. There is no search function. this program can view file in details only.
7. Batch file renaming : select more than one file, then press F2, a new window opens.
Select method from the top left pane, then define your name pattern at the right side. You can see the preview at Renamed column, make sure that the new name is right, then click OK.
8. Splitting file : Before doing it, your file name shouldn't have spaces, symbols such as dot. Because when you download files from e-mail attachment, file name may be changed and you can not merge them.
Select file, click menu commands > split > a new window opens.
In the picture above, locate output file by clicking 3 dot button, then select file size at number 2, select unit at number 3, then click split. Wait until it's done, then click close.
9. Merging files : go to folder that stores split files, select one file, then click menu commands > merge > a new window opens.
This program automatically detects your split files and show them in this window.
Click merge > wait until it's done. > click close.
Your merged file will be stored in the same folder that stores your split files.....Done !
Get file browser freeware, before they turn to paid software.

- load default folders, to do this you have to set a default tab first : click tab > click menu file > save tabs as default.
