1. Making a shortcut of the program you want to open when Windows starts : go to the place where you installed program, generally in "Program Files" folder in drive C.
In the picture above, right click on the program icon and select Create Shortcut.
Right click at program shortcut and select "Cut".
2. Getting to "Startup" folder : right click Start, select "Open".
A new window opens, open folder "Programs", then open folder "Startup".
Right click and select "Paste".
From now on, when Windows starts, the shortcut of programs in folder "Startup" open automatically.
Deleting those shortcuts, the programs won't open when Windows Starts......Done !
