1. Installing : open your downloaded file. If it is zipped, unzip with Good Zip Freeware, and open it.
Click Next > I agree the agreement > Next > Next > Next > Next > Install > Finish.
The program opens.
2. Because the output file will be MP3 format, you may want to learn about MP3 Files first.
This program can extract audio from Video AVI, ASF, WMV files to MP3 file.
In the picture above, select the output file, then select where to store the output file. Set Quality, and select Bitrate.

Click Start.
I used default settings, and tested 609 MB dat file size, it took 16 minutes. The output file size = 55.2 MB, the original file size was decreased 91%. Not bad for 16-minute work.
Some movies you want only its sound to make you feel good......Done !
