1. Installing : If your downloaded file is zipped, unzip with Good Zip Freeware and open it. Then open file YzShadow.exe.
A new window opens, select language, click OK.
2. The program icon shows at a notification area.
3. Test drive time : try clicking any menus you want.
In the picture above, you can see folder "Languages" behind the menu.
Open window, you can see a drop shadow.
4. To customize, right click at the program icon > setting... > click tab Drop shadow.
Select which things you want to customize, Active window or Inactive window
Set up the numbers and see the result in preview pane. Don't forget to test changing window color by clicking "Change color" button.
Click tab Menu, set transparency of menu by setting value at "A menu is made transparent".
To attach drop shadow at the taskbar, click tab Taskbar.
If you don't want a specific window to have a drop shadow, in the picture above, click the magnifying glass icon then drag to the upper left side icon on the title bar of window.
Release you finger from a mouse, the class name of that window will appear at Exclusion list in tab "Exclude".
To make all settings work, click Apply > OK.
The result shows in the picture below.
5. Tip : Clicking the program icon showing at the notification area is a toggle mode between show/hide a drop shadow.
