1. Open your downloaded file. If it is zipped, unzip with Good Zip Freeware and open it.

click Next > I agree to the terms of this license agreement > Next > Next > Next > Next > Next.

Uncheck "Install Freecoder toolbar (1 MB)" check box : freecoder toolbar can record audio as MP3 but Mr. Windows Freeware recommends Hi-Q Recorder 1.92

Then click Next > uncheck "install a free demo (25MB) > Next > uncheck "install a free demo (5MB) > Next > Finish.

3. Go to Desktop, and click the program shortcut.

The program opens.

Right click on the screen to select options.

Click settings button at the bottom, the important options are : use video smoothing when scaling and maintain framerate in fullscreen mode. Don't forget to click "ok,save" button before leaving this window.

The easy way to download FLV files, use Firefox add-on : Video Download Helper 3.4.

To play video, just drag and drop FLV file. You can view video in fullscreen mode......Done !
