Instruction # 96 (Part 1/4) - ScreenshotCaptor 2.1

1. Installing : open your downloaded file. If it is zipped, unzip with Good Zip Freeware, and open it.

Click OK > Next > Next > Yes > Next > check "Create a desktop icon" check box > Next > Install > Next > Finish.

A popup window shows, read carefully.

To make that window go down, click on it.

2. Settings : right click on the program icon that is on the notification area.

Select Preferences :

Tab General Settings : from image file format, select format you want.

To set hotkeys, go to tab Hotkeys.

Tab on capture, at Before Capture, set Delay time if you like.
At On Capture - Effect, the options are
  • Blur Outside Active Window
  • Grey Outside Active Window
  • Dim Outside Active Window
  • Add Border to Image
  • Add Drop Shadow to Image
From my experience, those are very good

Cool Feature # 1 : Auto Capture Timer

At auto capture timer, set the value : rate, stop after and type of capture.

Cool Feature # 2 : Auto Scroll Capture

In the picture above, if you select windows object capture, then move cursor to the object. Press and hold Ctrl + Shift, then Click. This freeware will capture all things inside that object.

You can set the default file name from tab Templates.

Select where to store captured files from tab Files + Folders

Effect : add effect to the picture from tab Effects.
