3. Grab Screenshot : right click on the program icon, the options are

a. Entire Workspace
b. Current Screen
c. Active Window
d. Selected Region
e. Fixed Size Region : to set region, right click on the program icon, then select Preferences, go to tab hotkeys, and set size at Capture Fixed Region Size (x,y) :, then click OK.
f. Windows Object
g. Repeat last size + Pos
h. Use delay : set delay from the tab on capture in preferences window.
i. Capture Cursor
j. Engage Auto Capture Timer : see Cool Feature # 1 in the instruction part 1

After capturing, double click on the program icon to edit a picture. The toolbar is on the right side :

Frames and edges
Clipart : insert clipart to picture
Text Object : you can set transparency of text box, set shadow, select font, text size, set alignment etc.
Arrows : you can set transparency, color, size, etc.
Highlights : you can set shape, line width, border color, Inner color.
Blur outside/inside of selection : make a selection first by clicking draw highlight rectangle/circle shape, then select the region you want.
