I found a blog saying Windows 11 can show it in percentage.
But the problem is I don't have the option that is mentioned on the blog.
I use Windows 11 Home and that option might be in Windows 11 Pro.
It seems that I'm not the only one that doesn't have that option.
I found one app that works but interface is not neat.
The test steps - Battery Percentage - Pure Battery add-on 1.0.40.0
OS: Windows 11 Home
Install from: Microsoft Store
1. Search the name of the app in Microsoft Store. Click 'Get'.
Wait for downloading.
When it's done, click 'Open'.
Notification said "this app will run when you log in".
Its icon is not pinned to the taskbar.
I pressed 'Windows' key.
I searched 'taskbar settings', and opened it.
Expand section ‘Other system tray icons’.
At ‘PureBatteryAddOn’, turn it on.
2. Its icon is white, so I had to change it
Right click at its icon and click ‘Add-on Settings’
Go to tab ‘Icon’, change font size, click inside a rectangle above text ‘Main Icon’.
A ‘Color’ window shows, click ‘Define Custom Colors’.
I clicked ‘black color’ in Basic colors, then clicked a button ‘Add to Custom Colors’.
Black color shows in ‘Custom colors’
Color of main icon is changed.
Now I easily see percentage.
It will look a lot better if there is % symbol after the number.
3. To set alarm, go to tab ‘Notification’.
If you want to get notifications, use minus symbol (-) before specific battery level in percentage.
In the picture above, while it is discharging, I will get a notification at 67% and at 90% while charging.
Green color while charging.
Red color at low level.
There is a room to improve the app icon -- show % symbol, show battery icon, show battery icon and percentage, choices of icon shape (pie, pyramid, etc...)
