I know there is an open source software like ‘LibreOffice Calc’. It has ability to do the match. But let me try the dedicated app for finance.

1. Go to the link above and download it.
Open the downloaded file.
A new window shows.
Click ‘More info’.
Click a button ‘Run anyway’.
Follow the on-screen instructions to install the app.
Open the app, you will see a window like the picture above. Click ‘Create a new file’
Follow the setup process.
2. After setup’s done. In the app window, there is a untitled.xhb file.
Press Ctrt+S to save a file. Name your file.
Click ‘Add’ button at toolbar.
A new window opens, you can see tab ‘Expense’ and ‘Income’. Fill in the details.
There is no ‘search’ box for category, but that’s fine it’s a free app.
If there is no category for you, just type it in the box.
I filled in the expense 100USD, it will show in the top-left panel (see the picture above)
In the picture above,
Column ‘Cleared’ is status that you can set in the details window.
Column ‘Today’ is a balance for today.
Column ‘Future’ is a balance for future.
The app shows a chart of top 10 spending.
In the picture above, it showed after I added income 500USD. If you double click at it (the list showing in the picture above. It will show all transactions (see the picture below).
You can search word in this window.
Today in my case is 2025-05-16. I added expense 100USD in 2025-05-23. It will show in the future section at the bottom panel.
Back to ‘all transactions’ window, You can see today balance is 400USD, future balance is 300USD.
You can drag a column to place where you want.
It’s so easy to use.
