Launching desired programs at login is easy. It's easy to search for how-to but removing the programs that I did not make them startup items is nightmare.
It might be my fault not reading carefully during the installation process but I doubt that the settings of those programs have no options to let me remove them from the startup items. I found freeware 'Autorun Organizer 5.12' so you can read the test steps.

The test steps - Autorun Organizer 5.12
OS: Windows 7 Home Edition
1. Without any awareness, Lightshot 5.5.04 started at startup so I had to see the 'Options'
I checked all options and found nothing to remove it from startup items. Watch animated GIF below.
2. Press key combination: Windows + R, type shell:startup then click OK.
3. At folder 'Startup', there was no name - Lightshot or its icon.
4. Open Autorun Organizer, I searched 'atom' because its icon is in the startup folder. What I found was the column 'Comment', it said 'Startup Folder'. Now you know what this freeware tries to tell you.
5. Lishtshot might write something in the registry to make it the startup item that's why its icon is not in the folder 'startup'. See picture below.
6. To disable or enable items in Autorun Organizer, select the item > click to disable/enable. This freeware also provides 'Uninstall' button to easily uninstall unnecessary programs.
7. Close all programs > restart computer > There was no icon of Lightshot at the taskbar. Open Window Task Manager > tab 'Processes' > at column 'Image Name', there was no 'Lightshot.exe'.
