You can use photos from Unsplash.com for free. Commercial and non-commercial purposes.
This app doesn't have a search box, click for random photos but 'History' tab makes that lack less painful because it stores all photos after viewing from a tab 'Photo'.
I had tried other apps but I couldn't see the photos in the windows of those apps.

Install from Microsoft Store
1. Open the app.
The look of this app.
Click a gear icon for settings.
Select how often you want to update a wallpaper.
Go to tab 'Photo'
Click 'Refresh' to change a photo.
If you see the one you like, you can download it or set it as a wallpaper.
The photo that is downloaded will be located in the folder 'Pictures'
2. Tab 'History' is the place for all viewed photos.
Clicking the target photo in this tab will make it show in the tab 'Photo'.
That's it for a how-to.
Let me talk about feeling of using search box and click to view a photo one by one. Search box is for the ones who want to get it done fast. Clicking refresh button is for relaxing -- breathe in and breathe out, slow down the movement.
