1. Download installation file from a link above.
Open the downloaded file and install it.
If you don't want to read experience, skip to step 2
I did not create a shortcut for this app so I couldn't find this app from searching.
From the default installation, this app is not located in folder 'Program Files'.
I had to open the downloaded file again to see the default location for installing.
I copied that path and pasted it to the address bar of File Explorer and pressed Enter, then opened folder 'bin'.
And opened the app.
2. Click 3-line interface at top-left corner to open new document.
If you see 'Start Prompter' that means you are in edit mode.
In new document, past text.
Save document in HTML.
Align text: select text first, then click symbol in the picture below.
The picture below shows the text tools.
Font color, and highlight.
Font changing.
The picture below shows preview of system font 'ELLIS'.
Change font size to big and small quickly by clicking symbol in the picture below.
There are 2 sizes, big and small.
Show tools for changing space of paragraph/letter/word and line height by clicking a symbol in the picture below.

Marker list.
To create a marker, select text and click the symbol in the picture below.
That symbol will turn blue.
It will show in a marker list
There are 2 line above and below the text that is used to be a marker.
To go to marker, click its name in the marker list.
Or you can click 2 symbols in the picture below.
To delete a marker, go to the target marker, select marker text, the symbol that is used to created a marker will turn blue (see picture below).
Click that symbol, it will turn white that means the target marker is removed.
Options for indicators.
Indicator in the form of left pointer.
Countdown before text moving.
Background.
To edit 'Reading Region', go to 'Prompter' mode.
Click 'Start Prompter'.
Click 'Begin Countdown', if countdown is set.
When text begins to move, press space bar to stop (velocity = 0).
In the picture below, you can see the 'Reading Region' clearly.
Place 'Reading Region' at bottom.
Set height to 5.
You can move text down using velocity.
Click 'Plus' symbol near velocity.
In the picture above, velocity is zero, but point of speed's location is changed.
If point of speed is moved to the left, velocity value is minus and text in prompter is moved up, on the contrary, if point of speed is moved to the right, text in prompter is moved down.
Text searching.
There are rooms to improve user interfaces, such as adding preview of 'Reading Region' in edit mode, a plus sign near 'Velocity' that is used to create negative value of 'Velocity', should be changed to +/-.
