Menu ‘Select > Silences’ doesn’t tell me it will select noise parts but it does. I think it analyzes loudness level, then decides where the noise is.
If ‘Noise Removal’ feature doesn’t help you, give it a try.

1. Download the app from the link above, then install it.
Drag and drop an audio file.
In the picture above, noise is in the red circle.
It’s obvious, you can tell where noise or voice+noise is.
I will show you what a silenced part looks like.
In the picture above, I selected a noise part and silenced it by clicking an icon at a tool bar.
The result is a picture above.
2. Go to menu ‘Edit’ > ‘Select’> ‘Silences’.
The result is the picture below.
You can see noise parts are selected, but one part is not. So don’t forget to check it before exporting to an output.
You can do with the selections the way you want.
Click the same icon to silence selected parts.
Even though some parts are not selected, this feature saves my time. I don’t have to check every part of noise by listen to it, I just silence it.
