Not only the clock can tell time, I also show this floating clock in a continuous shot of my screen recording.
It's not as beautiful as other modern clocks these days but the window of this app can be resized to a very small one comparing to new clock apps. When I record a screen, it won't get in the way.

1. Go to the link above, click to download .msi file.
Open the downloaded file.
Open the app.
2. The floating clock shows.
To move the clock, just drag it.
Right click at the clock, then click 'Settings'
Tab 'Appearance'
To set size, use 'zoom'.
A dot rectangle will disappear when a window 'Settings' is closed.
You have to choose between 'Skin' and 'Font'.
Tab 'Misc'
There is an option 'Display time in another time zone'
I had experience of wrong time comparing with Google's search result, I fixed it by restarting the app.
Tab 'Plugins', there are many to play with.
Check the target item, click the gear icon for settings.
I did not hear chime when countdown finished.
This app will not be developed anymore but it still works well on my Windows 11.
