CopyTables is a free ad-on for Firefox. Firefox is Free, you can download from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/
I can use a menu copy to copy the contents.

With this add-on, things are easy to manage, just one click the entire table is selected and you can choose 'Copy it as...' -- Plain text, CSV, etc...

Install from Firefox's add-on website: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/copywebtables/
1. Go to a link above.
Click 'Add to Firefox' button.
A pop-up window shows, click 'Add'.
A pop-up window shows, click 'Okay'.
Pin this add-on to a toolbar. See the picture above.
Click the icon at the toolbar, click an icon at the right of 'CopyTables', then click 'Pin to Toolbar'.
2. Find table, click an add-on icon, then click 'Next table'. The table will be selected automatically.
From the picture above, click 'Options'.
From my experience, in section 'Modifier Keys', the blue keys are the keys that are usable. In the picture above, if I want to select rows, I have to deselect a used key first. Ex. I deselected 'Alt' and 'Ctrl' for selecting columns by clicking them. Then at 'To select rows', I click 'Alt' and 'Ctrl'.
To select the entire table, just click at the target table.
To select one or multiple columns, hold keys you set in options, then click at the target columns.
